Sport Performance Training: Unlimited Sessions
This program is designed for every athlete to reach their full athletic potential. Strength, Power and Conditioning will be the backbone of this program. Before we even get started, each athlete is administered a Functional Movement Screen. This screening is used to identify any asymmetries or imbalances that the athlete may have. From there, strength and conditioning principles will be added depending on the athletes goals and needs. We have had tremendous success with this program and it is not rare for an athlete to double their strength in exercises like the deadlift or add 10+ inches to their broad jump!
