Hi, I’m Rachel! I’m a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Brick House Strength Training. I help people learn to lift weights safely, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies — no matter their starting point.
If you’re new to strength training or you’ve been wanting guidance to do it the right way, I’d love to work with you. My sessions are completely one-on-one, and I tailor everything to your body, your goals, and your comfort level. My focus is on teaching you proper technique, progressing you safely, and helping you feel at home in the gym.
