My name is Rachel Wilson, and I am passionate about strength. I have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and 12 years clinical experience as well as over a decade of experience in strength training including competing in amateur powerlifting. I love helping people learn to lift weights and develop their strength and I create programs that support motivation and engagement. I also have extensive education in the specific challenges people face leading up to and during perimenopause and menopause, and a dedication to helping clients develop stronger muscles, denser bones and more confident self-knowledge.
