In-Person or Virtual Single Training Session - $150
One 55-minute one-on-one virtual or in-person training session with Rachel (in-person training takes place at a shared training space in Cambridge, MA).

In-Person or Virtual Training 5-Session Package - $625
Five 55-minute one-on-one training sessions with Rachel ($125 per session, saves $125), virtual or in person, at a shared training space in Cambridge, MA. Also includes written programming for 5 weeks (including workouts completed independently) and nutrition advice to maximize positive results of training.

Sliding Scale Sessions - $50
I offer sliding scale spots to enable accessibility to high quality strength training. Virtual training or in-person training is $50 per session. These spots are intended primarily for low- income, disabled, BIPOC and/or transgender folks, and those who have limited access to financial support in their life and communities. I want to provide a safe space and opportunity to access strength training for people who may not feel comfortable in a typical gym setting. Written Programming and Remote Coaching
For individuals with a solid base of strength training and exercise experience. Plans are customized to your needs and can include some in-person or virtual sessions to get you started. Please contact for information and pricing.
